Prof. Dr. S.V. Ketov

Prof. Dr. S.V. Ketov is a world expert in Quantum Field Theory, Gravitational Theory and String Theory, with the focus on Supersymmetry. He completed his graduate studies and PhD at Lebedev Physical Institute in Moscow in the 80's. In the 90's, he worked at the University of Maryland in the USA and Leibniz University in Hannover, Germany. Since 2003, S.V. Ketov has been Head of the Theoretical High Energy Physics Laboratory at Tokyo Metropolitan University. In 2024, he was invited to NORDITA in Stockholm as Distinguished Visiting Professor. At present, S.V. Ketov is Visiting Professor at the International Institute of Physics in Natal, Brazil.
