COLÓQUIO: Searches for Dark Matter at the LHC (Alexandre Alves - Universidade Federal de São Paulo (UNIFESP) / Campus Diadema)
| In this talk we review the collider strategies to find signals of dark matter production.The LHC has an enormous potential to discover stable weakly interacting massive particles in dedicated searches for new physics involving missing energy in association with jets, photons, weak bosons and the Higgs. Complementarity among direct, indirect and collider searches are also discussed in the framework of Effective Field Theories and some simplified models. |
