Call 03/2026 - CCA - Directions for application and enrollment payment for foreign candidates

 

1) Access the following link in the SIGAA System:

2) Necessary documents:

a) Application to the Selection Committee requesting registration for the selection process, in accordance with ANNEX I of this Public Notice;

b) Copy of the undergraduate diploma or certificate of degree conferral for an undergraduate program recognized by the National Council of Education (CNE)/Ministry of Education (MEC), or an undergraduate diploma issued by a foreign Higher Education Institution (HEI); or a declaration/certificate of degree conferral proving that the candidate is on track to complete the program prior to institutional enrollment in the program;

c) ID card/CPF or passport; 3x4 photo; school transcripts (academic record);

d) Lattes Platform CV covering the last three years—calculated from the start of the application period, i.e., between July 2023 and July 2026 (up to the application date)—full version;

e) Curriculum evaluation form (ANNEX IV), duly completed, containing the score obtained for each sub-item and indicating the page number of the corresponding supporting document;

f) Proof of the documents indicated in Annex IV;

g) Proof of registration fee payment;

h) Candidates applying for positions reserved under affirmative action policies (UFPB Consepe Resolution No. 58/2016) must submit a self-declaration (forms included in the Annexes to Public Notice 03/2026);

i) Project (maximum of 5 pages), containing: Introduction and Objectives (1 page); Methodology (2 pages); Expected Results (1 page); Implementation Schedule (1 page).

3) Procedure for payment of the registration fee:
3.1 Click on New Enrollment (Bottom in Portuguese: "Nova Inscrição")
3.2 Fill out your personal information

Carteira de Identidade refers to your National ID Number and date of registration. The "Título de Eleitor" may be the same number as your National ID.

Foreigners can pay a GRU (Guia de Recolhimento da União) bill by using the PagTesouro digital platform with international credit cards or Pix, making a physical cash payment at a Banco do Brasil agency in Brazil, or utilizing specialized remittance services if paying from abroad

Option 1: Pay Online via PagTesouro (Recommended). If the GRU is linked to the federal government's digital services (such as the Polícia Federal for passports or Gov.br services), you can pay it directly online.Go to the online portal where your service or application was processed. Choose the payment option for your GRU. When redirected to the PagTesouro Platform, you can select the Credit Card or Pix option. International credit cards are accepted, but you may need to authorize the foreign transaction with your bank

Option 2: Use an International Remittance Service (From Abroad). If you are outside Brazil and cannot access PagTesouro, you can use specialized transfer apps. These services receive funds in your home currency, convert them, and pay the boleto locally on your behalf using a Brazilian bank account.Services: Platforms such as EasyRemessa and Remessa Online are common choices for settling Brazilian bills from overseas.Requirements: You will typically need to create an account, verify your identity, provide the GRU's barcode, and pay via an international bank transfer or supported card.
